James has worked in the swimming pool industry since he left school. As a director and shareholder of The Spa-kling Pool Company, he has extensive hands-on experience. While he’s spent years interacting with customers in the showroom, James now spends most of his time on-site, servicing and maintaining domestic swimming pools. His technical knowledge of pools and their equipment is vast, making him a key figure in our leak detection team.
Sam Bartlett
Director & Leak Detector
Sam began his career in the hospitality industry, learning the value of customer service. After transitioning into pool construction and renovation, he gained specialised skills in plumbing, pipework pressure testing, and leak repairs. Sam’s technical expertise, combined with his keen attention to detail, ensures that every leak is found quickly and accurately.
Diane Kendal
Administration & Bookkeeping
Diane plays a crucial role in our operations and handles all the bookkeeping ensuring the business runs smoothly on the financial side. Her organisational and communication skills help us stay on track and provide seamless service to our customers.
Chris Bartlett
Marketing & Administrative Support
Chris supports the team by managing marketing and assisting with other administrative tasks. Though he’s not a director, his communication skills help keep us connected to our clients and the wider community. He works behind the scenes to make sure everything is running efficiently.
